Whenever you are stuck, emotionally, physically, spiritually, creatively-- with me or someone -- I ask myself these two questions. These queries are powerful because I am automatically centered and become the observer of me. Spirit moves through me and I can find answers to questions I did not even know I had.
Whenever you are stuck, emotionally, physically, spiritually, creatively-- with me or someone -- try asking yourself these two questions.
I continue to be humbled by the deep wisdom that resides in my questions. I used to want an answer to everything. The journalist within. Now, I am more patient, with myself, and with the questions. I am inspired to practice Rainer Maria Rilke's idea of living the questions.
"Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked room and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would bot be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer."
